Inconceivable?

Can a ruined life be salvaged?

Can the broken be made whole?

Can a hopeless man find comfort

In the center of his soul?

Can the blinded ever see again?

Can the bitter be made sweet?

Can a wounded, dying soldier

Find a safe, secure retreat?

I know it seems impossible,

Improbable, but true.

For God can take decaying things

And make them all brand new.

There is life for the dying.

There is hope for the lost.

There is sight for unseeing eyes.

There is peace for the tossed.

It’s found in Christ, the Savior,

Who died to make us whole.

There is supernatural provision

For the ransomed soul.
